Thermowood (thermo-modified wood) is a wood material that is completely treated with high temperature and pressure, without chemicals, to improve durability, resistance to warping, shrinkage, mold and termites to the optimal level.
The process consists of 4 strict stages: drying - baking - moisture balance - processing.
Drying technology from Italy with modern He-llios operating system brings the moisture content of wood after drying to 8-10%.
Kiln technology (heat denaturation) according to European standards. After kiln, the wood moisture content is 0%.
Before processing, wood moisture is balanced to 6-9%.
With a team of skilled workers, the fired wood is made into products with stable humidity, solid structure, and luxurious natural color, meeting both interior and exterior requirements in the harshest conditions.
