1 Check the ground *) The foundation must have a slope of 2-3% to prevent water from accumulating. Ensure the construction site is dry during construction.
*) Note the issue of cleaning under the floor for future projects. Places where flower pots, statues, etc. are placed must have thicker frames and be able to withstand force.
2 Install the frame *) Use a concrete drill to screw the expansion bolt into the concrete floor 40-50mm deep. Then weld the expansion bolt to the frame. The distance between the iron expansion bolts is 500-600mm. And screw them into the frame alternately.
*) Level the bone surface to ensure that the bone bars are flat. The longitudinal direction of the bone bars is parallel to the drainage direction.
"*) Note:
– The top surface of the frame is at least 50mm higher than the base.
– Distance between ribs from 300-400mm.”
– Can use stainless steel box or galvanized iron box
– Galvanized iron concrete expansion bolt M8/M10 80-100mm long
3. Connecting wooden floor - skeleton *) Place the floor bars perpendicular to the skeleton, connect the floor bars to each other and to the skeleton with brackets (plastic brackets or stainless steel brackets) and stainless steel screws.
*) Note:
– The first and last bars of the wooden floor are at least 10mm from the wall, 2 adjacent bars must ensure a distance of 6mm
– Make sure all the floor's hidden joints are secured with brackets (stainless steel or plastic brackets) and screws at all intersections between the wooden floorboards and the bottom brackets.
– You can use wooden dowels to avoid exposing screws or shoot stainless steel screws through the surface of the floor bar connected to the frame, then cover the screw holes with wooden dowels and outdoor wood glue.
– Corner joints and high load-bearing positions must be reinforced with additional base frames and stainless steel pins.
– All extension points, start and end points between bars must be located in the center of the rib.
– Wipe oil and apply additional paint to areas of floor bars that are scratched due to cutting, scrubbing, or grinding during construction.
